I got the idea from a picture from "Alice 19th" by Yuu Watase, where there were falling chibis. I thought it was really cute and wanted to make my own one, but with characters from Harry Potter instead! I think I like the original better though, I just can't see them falling in this pic >___< If you have any ideas of how to make it look like they're falling, please tell me!!
